Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PlanLyst mobile application (“the App”), provided by Aurelen Soft (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Use of the App

  • The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored on it.
  • You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt its operation or reverse-engineering it.

User Data

  • All data you create in the App (tasks, notes, events) is stored locally on your device.
  • You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for loss of data if you delete or uninstall the App.
  • Optional analytics and crash reports (via Simple Analytics and Sentry) may be collected if you enable them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Aurelen Soft.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Aurelen Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or device issues).
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
